Tamara's intricate risk system considers the value of your purchase too high.
The value of the items you're trying to buy exceeds the allowed purchase limit.

How do I pay with Tamara?
Just shop your favorite stores, and select Tamara as your payment method on the store’s checkout page!If you’re shopping in-store, simply inform the cashier that you’d like to pay with Tamara and follow the steps shared with you.
What happens when I miss a payment?
At Tabby, we strive to promote responsible spending habits by carefully evaluating every purchase before approval. We also send regular reminders to ensure you don't miss any payments. It is important to note that if we are unable to collect payment on the scheduled due date, you will not be able to make any further purchases through Tabby until the dues are paid.
In the case of overdue payments, a collection fee will be applicable for customers in the markets of UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar.
As for customers in KSA, starting 16 December 2023, there will be no more collection fees imposed on Tabby orders.

How do refunds work with Tabby?

When will the customer be refunded after we registered a return?
After you register the return, your customer will be able to see the refunded amount back in the original card they used for purchase. This usually takes between 14-21 working days depending on the customer’s bank.
